Who We Are

Susanna Lee

Executive Director
Susanna's vision is to empower organisations across Aotearoa through innovative, independent, and collaborative research. She focuses on the drivers of organisational excellence and productivity that foster long-term prosperity for both organisations and their communities. With two decades of experience in organisational research and as a Portfolio Manager investing in companies with strong leadership and governance, Susanna has demonstrated, as a senior leader and former Director at Harbour Asset Management, that these fundamentals enhance firm value.
