Rhiannon McKinnon is CEO at Cassiobury, Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading CEO support and coaching firm. She founded the CEO 101 programme, designed to help new talent step up and thrive. She serves on the Board of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. She previously served as the CEO of Kiwi Wealth and was named CEO of the Year at the 2022 Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards. She believes that aligning vision, strategy and culture are vital to the growth and success of any organisation. She is a member of Global Women, the IOD, CFA Institute and INFINZ.
