Tahana Tippett-Tapsell is a General Manager at Tūaropaki Trust, a Māori land organisation recognised for its innovative approach to land management and its strong commitment to sustainable development and cultural preservation. In addition to his leadership at Tūaropaki, Tahana holds several key governance roles, including serving as an Associate Director at Ngāti Awa and as a member of the Investment Committee for Tainui, where he plays a crucial role in guiding investment strategies to foster long-term prosperity for these iwi. Tahana is also an advisory board member of AUT University Law and Business faculty and served as a Future Director at Sharesies, contributing to making share markets more accessible to Māori and Pasifika communities.
